There are three subways (5 stations) within a five minute walk of the church:
(map shown below directions)
 Green Line (Eulgiro 3-ga Station#203 Exit 12)
 Orange Line (Eulgiro 3-ga Station#330 Exit9)
Orange Line (Chungmuro Station#331 Exit5)
 Blue Line (Chungmuro Station#423 Exit5)
Blue Line (Myung-dong Station#422 Exit10)
Exit 12 - at the top of the stairs make a 180 degree turn left and walk 15 steps to the corner and turn right.Go one and a half blocks and the church's main gate is on your right.
Exit 5 - at the top of the stairs continue straight one block (the name of the street where you exit is called T'oegyero). You will come to the top of the incline and you will see a two lane road where you will turn right.You are going down hill toward the JoongBu Police station. The main gate of the church is just past the Police Station.If you walk to the signal light at the intersection you have gone too far.
Exit 10 - go to the top of the stairs and continue straight to the street. You should cross the street (wide street isn't it?) and you can see the church off to the left (Watch out for yourself as you cross the street--it's danger to look around at buildings when you are crossing a big street.). After you cross the street, please turn left and walk a block or so and you'll see an 8 story building (50th Memorial Hall) on the right and there is a tunnel walkway "through the building."Go down a few stairs and go up some more stairs to go through the tunnel and you'll see the Mission Chapel on the left side of the courtyard.
Main Gate entrance - (Two locations to find: 10 AM is in the Service Building Room 504 & 3 PM is in the Mission Chapel) Walk up the hill (It has above ground parking for handicapped-Sunday) and the Service Building is on the right (white tile 5 story building) the second building is a 4 story building- Rev Han Memorial Building - there is one elevator that serves both buildings. The IWE office is located on the 3rd floor of the Service Building Room 304. (Remember the elevator serves both buildings-4th and 5th floor landings are for the Service Building).
To go to the Mission Chapel you will go up the hill (above ground parking) and there are
more stairs on your left to go up past the main sanctuary. Just past the main sanctuary
you'll see the Mission Chapel with stain glass windows on the front of the building.
The 8 story building (5 basement floors too) just by the Mission Chapel is
the 50th Memorial Hall. |
